Summit Tahoe Village
Situated on top of Kingsbury Grade and popular to skiers because of it’s close location to Heavenly Ski Resort on the Nevada side. This area has a lot of condos that are still affordable.
Similar to other East Shore neighborhoods many of these homes have incredible views. Visitors need to be careful when entering and exiting during the busy time of years.
